Senior Drop-In Sessions

CCYP delivers a Youth Club for young people aged 14+ years, four nights a week from 4.30pm to 8pm.

The sessions run on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Senior Drop-In

Senior drop- in sessions invites young people aged 14 plus to drop in the Centre as and when they wish, to engage with activities, friends and youth workers. We are open Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesdays), 4:30pm till 8pm. 

Young people are welcome to attend the Centre to socialise in a safe environment and access the facilities, which is specifically designed to meet the needs of all young people.  These include access to a fully functioning pool, table tennis table, gaming / chill room, cardio fitness suite, arts and crafts, cookery and access to free hot refreshments.  

 

During the sessions young people can also participate in various workshops addressing current issues these include healthy relationships, independent living skills, managing sexual health, crimes which are currently topical to young people, cybercrime and much more. 

 

Every evening, the Centre provides hot refreshments for young people, this is either provided by staff at the Centre or through the Greggs Foundation, where they supply us surplus products to provide young people. 

 

Wherever possible we organize activities outside of the centre which can include trips such as ice skating, pumpkin picking, farm shows, pottery painting and many other events.
